Very nice and original German helmet that is refurbished. The model is M40 (beaded) and the size is the 66. The reason it was rejected for army use can be seen at the right part of the visor.
The shell is an original wartime. It has the visible makers mark Q66 and lotnumber stamp DN505. The paint is postwar in Luftschutz blue like the Germans did during WW2.
The liner, rivets and chinstrap are original to this helmet and in good shape.
It's also possible to change the color (for example schiefergrau or luftwaffe blue) or have a camo pattern added. Several options are available at no extra cost.
The helmet can be aged.
Very nice helmet for collector or reenactor.
